    Because the negosiator all are retiree this people are begging their benefits first, where are the negotiation for present employee with minimum% hike.

    Nothing is going to be achieved through such delegations as Government is hell bent to break bankers strength.Unfortunatly present leadership is also no competent and committed to bankers welfare as in the past.We have lost our tall leaders like Parvanaji, Prabhakar,Tarakeshwari etc.Bankers have a bleak future in the hands of present leadership.
